ediblepress was born from a desire to document my food banter and hope that someone other than my mother might be interested in reading it. With a backlog of food porn, thoughts and a European food adventure on the horizon, this old fashioned Gen-Y decided it was time to give up the scribbles and sketches and give this whole 21st century blogging thing a go.
About moi? Well, with Italian blood running through my veins, you could say its part of the culture that I was born with a wooden spoon in hand. My first memory of the kitchen was making pizza out of playdough, ooo so tasty! I remember spending all school holidays practicing my brunoise, julienne and mastering coq au vin. Now, surely you wouldn’t be suprised to hear that I eventually grew up and decided to work with food? That I do and its great.
So in a nutshell ediblepress is me, keeping the passion juicy.
